Apartment tour

This is a little late, considering I'm two weeks away from Christmas break. But hey- better late than never, right?! Here are some pictures of the apartment I share with three wonderful ladies who go by the names of Kari, Amy, and Amber.

The living room- we just rearranged on Thursday so this set-up is still new to us! I love it so much better, though. It's way more open and clean-looking.

Looking into the dining room/kitchen area. The door to Amy and Amber's room is to the left- theirs is a mirror image of ours.

Mine and Kari's bedroom- my stuff is brown and pink; hers is yellow and gray.

Check out that bookshelf! My friend Courtney's dad custom made it to fit the USI desks. She recently moved off campus and gave the shelf to me, and I love it so much. I was ecstatic to be able to bring books back after Thanksgiving break. I never had anywhere to put them before this!

Only downside to this apartment: having to share a closet. I think we make it work pretty well, although we are both in desperate need of some more space...

Looking into the vanity/bathroom area

More of my clothes hanging over my side of the dresser... Skirts, dresses, sweaters, etc. that wouldn't fit in the closet. So many clothes! =/

Teeny tiny bathroom... Kari says it's the size of a Port-a-Pottie, just to give you an idea of its actual size.

So it's not the biggest, most spacious apartment ever... but I absolutely love it! Mainly because of the people I live with. It definitely feels like "home" to me. Hopefully we'll be able to snag the exact same apartment for next year, and the year after that, too!
