FQF has always been one of my favorite weekly link-ups. Go link up with Mama M if you want to play, too!
1. What is your favorite Easter tradition?
My family doesn't have really unique Easter traditions. We get baskets of candy in the morning, attend the Easter service at our church, and then come home to a yummy pot roast and Easter egg hunt in the yard. All of those activities are pretty typical for this holiday, I think! But I love it all the same. Easter is one of my favorite holidays.
2. Are you a "shower" or a "long, hot bath" type of person?
Baths... I'm all about baths! This semester I averaged about 2 bubble baths per week. I firmly believe that good, long bubble baths are essential to one's sanity. A good book, some soothing music, and a little sweet pea-scented bubble bath = perfection.
3. Can you parallel park? If so, when is the last time you did it?
I have only parallel parked once in my life, and that was during my driving test over 4 years ago. I did horribly and that was one of the (many) reasons why the driving instructor wanted to fail me. (Yes, she actually told me she wished she could fail me. But technically, I scored enough points to get my license on my first try. Booya!)
4. What is your favorite Easter candy?
It's a toss-up between Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs and SweetTart Chicks and Bunnies. Those have always been my favorites! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Ay ay ay.
5. Easter: Do you go all out with the Easter Bunny or focus on the more religious part of the holiday?
My baby sisters are 2 and 4 so we still get Easter baskets and hunt for eggs, for their sake. But my parents have always done a great job at making sure we acknowledge and celebrate the true reason for this holiday.
