Long story short

After three hours of driving and six hours of unpacking and reorganizing the apartment, I'm back in Evansville. All settled down.

I love being runited with my roommates. They're incredible, goofy, sweet, hilarious, caring, and every other positive adjective you can think of. We've already had a million of those laugh-until-you-can't-breathe moments, and I've only been back for two days.

It's going to be a fabulous semester.

Classes are great. My professors are great. I'm actually feeling motivated and excited about reading my textbooks and getting my homework done. We'll see how long this feeling lasts. I'll have to type up a more detailed post about this semester's classes when I get the chance.

My laptop charger crapped out on me. A new one is being shipped here sometime this week... I hate not having a working laptop. I'm currently blogging from a computer in the lounge at the gym.

Speaking of the gym... I just had a pretty good workout. Probably could have gone longer, but I thought of the computers out here and how long it has been since I've been able to get on a computer for more than 5 minutes, and I couldn't help myself.

Apparently, USI cancels classes for MLK Day. Meaning we have a 3-day weekend. Meaning Amber and I may be driving back to Columbus for the weekend. SURPRISE! I'll have some more time with my family and I'll be able to bring back my winter coat. Because I forgot it at home.

We got lots and lots of snow last night. And it snowed all day today. Local schools were cancelled today and most are already called off for tomorrow, so I don't see an improvement in the weather anytime soon. Can't complain, though. It's so pretty.

I'm keeping up with my Project 365 photos. They're just not being posted on a daily basis because I've been without a computer. I'll have to spend some time getting all caught up as soon as my charger gets here.

Pretty Little Liars last night was amazing, as always! Every time I see previews for the remainder of this season, my jaw just drops. It's going to be intense. I wish I could just watch them all right now. I can't get enough of that show!

I have so much more to write about, but I really need to get going. David L. Rice Library is calling my name. Can't wait until my laptop charger gets here; I've got lots of pictures and stories and blog ideas to share as soon as I get the chance.
