Two in a row

This past weekend, Kyle (a.k.a. my best friend, a.k.a. our "4th roommate") came to stay at our apartment. I hadn't seen him in FOUR MONTHS! You can't even imagine how ecstatic I was to have him back at USI, even if only for a few days.

And with good reason... Kyle's visit gave me yet another near-perfect weekend. Two amazing weekends in a row! I never would have thought it possible.

The week leading up to his visit, we were busy planning tons of things to fill our weekend. I would get texts from Kyle several times a day that went something like this: "Can we go to the mall first thing?" and "Can we pig out like there's no tomorrow?"

Surprisingly, we managed to cross almost everything off on our list, and then some. The only things we didn't get to do were play tennis and play a few rounds of G-Switch on the computer. But those can wait for next time.
