In celebration of the fact that I will be back at USI in roughly 13 days, I thought I'd post my schedule for the Fall 2010 semester. I absolutely cannot wait to be back in Evansville! To say I'm excited for this year would be an understatement.
My schedule this semester isn't too interesting or challenging. It's mostly a lot of core courses that I would have knocked out last year had I not taken so many Spanish and French classes. I'm sad that I won't be able to take any language courses until next semester or after, but it feels better knowing I'm getting all of my basic requirements out of the way.
What I'm most looking forward to are my education classes. I'm ecstatic to finally have classes on my schedule that directly pertain to my major. I have an education class on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, and on Friday mornings (starting in October, lasting 6 weeks) I'll go to a nearby elementary school to observe a classroom for two hours.
I'll also be working in the Foreign Language Lab again this semester, as a Spanish tutor. I don't know which days exactly, but that will only take up a few hours a week.
